The price of a room depends on the length of your stay. The regular single room rate for a night is € 60, which is currently the lowest price in the touristic segment. For guests who stay several weeks or months, the rate is even better:

• minimum 1 week: € 47 per night
• minimum 1 month: € 41 per night

These prices include heating, water, electricity, wifi, general cleaning and maintenance, use of a washing machine, and a (shared) kitchenette and bathroom. Food is not included, but guests can either self-cater, use the cheap student restaurants on campus, or the various take-aways and delivery services.

Please note that in the touristic high season and other periods of high demand the mentioned rates might no longer be available. But when you inquire, you will always receive the best available rate at that moment.

The rooms are intended for single use and the mentioned prices are the reduced/subsidized rates for WUR students, PhD’s who are not (self)employed or refunded by a scholarship and interns. For (self)employed PdD’s, postdocs and other workers with a salary the rates at Shortstay Ede apply. Please contact us for the options.

Another benefit is that you are completely free to move on if you find a property that suits you better, provided you keep a 1 month notice. Many guests use our shortstay housing as a basis to start their study or work here, while looking for something more permanent.
