Prices and conditions
Rates depend on the length of your stay. Our short stay accommodation is offered at reduced, student-friendly rates for academic stays connected to Wageningen University & Research.
- From €55 per night for stays of one week or longer
- From €49 per night for stays of one month or longer
All prices include:
- Heating, water and electricity
- High-speed internet
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Use of laundry facilities
- Use of shared kitchenette and bathroom
All prices include tourist tax.
Food is not included. Guests can self-cater, use affordable student restaurants on campus, or choose from local take-away and delivery options.
Please note that during periods of high demand, the listed rates may not be available. When you contact us, you will always receive the best available rate for your requested period.
Who these rates apply to
The listed rates are intended for guests who pay their accommodation costs privately and do not require an invoice for reimbursement.
This typically includes:
- International WUR students
- PhD candidates who pay their accommodation privately
- Interns whose stay is not reimbursed by an employer or institution
For guests whose accommodation costs are reimbursed by an employer, university or funding body, and who require an invoice for reimbursement, different rates apply. Please contact us for more information.
